Malwarebytes 3.0.6 CU3 update

Malwarebytes has released a new component update for its Malwarebytes Free and Premium security products with bug and vulnerability fixes

Users of Malwarebytes Free and Malwarebytes Premium versions 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 will receive the update automatically. Deployment of the update will be performed in stages, so some users will not receive it immediately.

If you wish, you can download the installer with the updated version mb3-setup-consumer-3.0.6.1469-1075.exe. If you already have an earlier version of Malwarebytes 3.0.5 or 3.0.6 installed on your computer, it is recommended to first uninstall the old version and then install the new version (don’t forget to save your license key before doing this).

After installation, the update will be shown in the “About” tab as Component package version: 1.0.75.

Note: if you have installed a pre-release version of CU3/1.0.75, there is no need to go through this procedure again).
